Chip is a very in your pocket horse and will follow you around like a dog. Easy to catch, handles the best and loves to be petted on. Chip is great for the farrier, easy to clip and bathe as well. Stands still to be saddled, bridled and mounted. Chip would be a great horse for any level of rider. He will dog walk along all day if you let him. But he will move on out and gait or lope as well.
