Everyone meet Callie. Callie is a 11 year old bay roan mare standing 14.3 weighing 1000 lbs. Callie is the definition of a family horse. She is extremely gentle no matter what you are doing with her. Callie has been trail ridden across the country all of her life. She has got more miles under saddle than a 1990 pickup truck. Callie has also been used by a 10 year old little girl doing 4-h and halter. Callie is very sure footed, she will climb the steepest mountains and walk down the steepest slopes with every step being extra careful. Callie is easy to catch, she walks right up to you and puts her head down for you to put a halter on her. She stands to be mounted and dismounted on the trail and in the arena. She has a nice smooth jog with a rocking chair canter. She has a nice handle, easy neck rein great stop and backs nicely. We have check cattle, doctors a few weanlings and checked pasties on her. Callie will go through anything in her path. She crosses creeks, bridges, logs, water, etc. she stands to be clipped, bathed, saddled and bridled. Callie is an absolute pleasure to be around no matter what you are doing with her. Callie a the type of horse than can sit for a month pull her out and go trail riding. She is super super safe.
