He transitions beautifully from a gait to a canter back to a canter, lovely loose reined relaxed walk and he walks with purpose! Ground covering on the trail without being rushy or jiggy, he just has a big walk and will also canter through the woods and not get excitable. You ask, he says “OK!” Varying speeds in his gait from slow and collected to be able to rack on around 9mph and he’s only 5 and just started in his gait work this year so he can and will develop more talent. He is also capable of doing a foxtrot and a flatwalk. This horse is NOT pacey! He would excel in gaited dressage. Also possible candidate for working equitation, he’s bold, thoughtful and likes obstacles. Solo trail rides in the woods, on the road, through the field: he’s traffic safe, bike safe, not upset by loud equipment. He has talent and much more to learn and give! Bathes easy, stands quietly for grooming and tacking. A Gentleman both on the ground and under saddle. No vices. No health issues. UTD on all.
